How does the DIY bracelet customizer work?

Pick your crystals, choose bead size, add charms, and preview your bracelet in real time. When you are happy with the design, tap Complete Design to add it to your cart.

What bead sizes are available?

Most crystals come in 6mm, 8mm, 10mm and 12mm. Availability varies by stone.

Can I add more than one charm?

Yes. You can add up to 4 charms per bracelet. They are shown side by side at the bottom of the preview, sized to their real millimetre dimensions so you can judge the proportions before ordering.

How long does shipping take?

Every piece is handmade to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for crafting, plus shipping time. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Can I return a custom piece?

Because each bracelet is made to your specification, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items. See our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Are the crystals natural?

We work with natural crystals. Colour, inclusions and patterning vary from bead to bead - that variation is what makes your piece one of a kind.

How do I care for my bracelet?

Avoid water, perfume and harsh chemicals. Store separately in a soft pouch and re-string the elastic periodically if you wear it daily.
