Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom DIY bracelets may take an additional 2-3 days for handmade production.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier's website.

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Lost Packages
