Due to the natural variations in crystals, each piece may differ slightly in color, size, and appearance from the product images. We strive to represent our products accurately, but slight variations are a natural characteristic of genuine gemstone jewelry.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment gateway. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

4. Shipping

We ship from Hong Kong to the United States. Standard shipping takes 5-20 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over $30. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original condition. Custom DIY bracelets are non-refundable unless defective. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
